Abstract Submission Opportunities

  • The Symposium on Global Cancer Research (ASGCR) is now accepting proposals for abstracts and scientific sessions.
    • Conference dates: April 4–6, 2023
    • Submissions due: December 30, 2022
  • The US-Japan Cooperative Medical Sciences Program is accepting abstracts for the 2023 International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases in the Pacific Rim. Most abstracts will be for poster presentations, a few may be considered for oral presentations.
    • Meeting dates: March 7–10, 2023
    • Deadline: December 30, 2022
  • The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is accepting abstracts and travel award requests for the 2023 NIDA International Forum, which takes place in June 2023 in Denver, Colorado.
    • Meeting dates: June 16–18, 2023
    • Application deadline: January 8, 2023
  • The Global Vaccine and Immunization Research Forum (GVIRF) is now accepting abstracts for the poster session at their 2023 meeting taking place in Incheon, Republic of Korea. Topics can include any aspect of basic or applied vaccine research. Preference will be given to early-career scientists from East Asia and representatives from developing country vaccine manufacturers.   • INTEREST 2023 encourages early-career investigators, researchers, and other healthcare professionals from around the world to submit abstracts and help shape the INTEREST 2023 program. The annual INTEREST Conference is the premier scientific conference for HIV in Africa:

Calls for Nominations

  • The Rachel Pearline Award recognizes one outstanding professional who embodies virtue and eminence in cancer research, practice, and/or training in a low- or middle-income country (LMIC) setting. Awardee will be recognized at the 11th Annual Symposium on Global Cancer Research on April 6, 2023.
