The main office of FIC is the Office of the Director (OD). The leadership of OD is comprised of Director, Kathleen Maletic Neuzil, MD, MPH, and Deputy Director, Peter Kilmarx, MD.

The Office of Administrative Management and International Services (OAMIS) supports the Office of the Director. OAMIS is led by Executive Officer, Dexter Collins, MPA.

The four main Divisons of FIC are:

  • Division of International Relations (DIR) is led by Christine Sizemore, PhD, Director.
  • Division of International Epidemiology and Population Studies (DIEPS) is led by David J. Spiro, PhD, Director.
  • Division of International Science Policy, Planning and Evaluation (DISPPE) is led by Nalini P. Anand, JD, MPH, Director.
  • Division of International Training and Research (DITR) is led by Flora Katz, PhD, Director.
