NIH clarifies updates to foreign subaward agreement policy

NIH released the final Guide Notice clarifying NIH’s policy on foreign subaward and consortium written agreements.

Deadline extended for James G. Hakim Award for 2024

The award provides an African health trainee or early-career health professional with funding to cover registration and travel to the 2024 CUGH meeting in March 2024.

Data from NIH All of Us available to international researchers

The All of Us Research Program aims to collect and study data from one million or more people living in the United States. The program is now accepting applications from international organizations to use its Researcher Workbench to access this data


Fogarty is Hiring

Fogarty seeks applications from exceptional candidates to fill two Program Officer positions

These vacancies are only open to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Nationals. Foreign nationals or legal permanent residents are not eligible for consideration.

The Fogarty International Center seeks applications from exceptional scientists to fill two Program Officer/Health Scientist Administrator positions in the Division of International Training and Research (DITR) to develop and manage extramural grant programs in global health. Candidates are invited to apply with a research background in any area of biomedical, clinical, behavioral, and social sciences and with expertise and interest in one or more of the following areas:

  • Capacity building for low- and middle-income country (LMIC) scientists (both positions)
  • Noncommunicable diseases broadly, mobile technologies and health, and/or implementation science (Position 1)
  • Global infectious diseases (non-AIDS) (Position 2)
