Project Description
Lymphoma is the leading cancer-cause of mortality in HIV, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common lymphoma. The genetic landscape of HIV-associated DLBCL has not been well characterized. This project will genetically and transcriptionally define subtypes of HIV-associated DLBCL and correlate this with clinicopathologic features, in order to advance the development of low-cost molecular diagnostics for the region.
