Project Description

This project aims to develop and validate a data-driven first responder program aims to fill a critical deficit in prehospital care as well as decrease deaths and disability among injured patients in Cameroon. If found to be feasible and effective, this approach would shift clinical practice patterns in this context. The research is relevant to the NIH’s mission because it seeks to lengthen the lives of trauma patients.
