Event: Antimicrobial Resistance and the Diseases that Kill Us

The World Health Organization is hosting a webinar entitled "A Wolf in Wolf’s Clothing: Antimicrobial Resistance and the Diseases that Kill Us" in collaboration with the New York University School of Global Public Health, this virtual event will feature the following experts:

Call for Applications: Global Forum on Humanitarian Health Research 2025

The Global Forum on Humanitarian Health Research (GFH2R) is a unique convening that seeks to elevate the voice of researchers from settings affected by humanitarian crises, especially low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), through a series of webinars and an in-person meeting taking place in Nairobi, Kenya in May 2025.

Training Opportunities

Join NIH experts for this live, virtual event on September 17, as they share the essentials to help you successfully navigate the NIH grant closeout process. The agenda will include a Q&A of questions submitted during the registration process.

NIH to host course on ethical and regulatory aspects of clinical research

This course is offered to anyone interested or involved in the ethics of clinical research with human subjects. Participants represent multiple disciplines including research teams, IRB members, physicians, psychologists, nurses, social workers, administrative staff, students, and others. The course meets Wednesday mornings from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. ET (USA) from September 25 to November 6, 2024.
