Project Description

The novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) poses a growing threat to the progress made towards reducing new HIV infections and care of HIV and Tuberculosis infected people in Sub Saharan Africa. Generation of innovative evidence-informed interventions to address these health problems require well trained methodologists. Leaders in biostatistics provide essential skills in study design, data collection, data analysis and data interpretation, however there is a dearth in biostatistics leadership which need to be addressed.
