Project Description
This project will build capacity to address the gaps in HIV treatment and prevention that have emerged following the initiation of the conflict with Russia. This will be carried out in partnership with the School of Public Health at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, linked with a research NGO, the Ukrainian Institute for Public Health Policy. These research capacity building efforts will be designed to minimize HIV-related morbidity and mortality in the midst of a humanitarian crisis.
