Project Description
Pediatric acute care is woefully insufficient among the low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) of sub- Saharan Africa due primarily to provider proficiency gaps. This study will determine a strategy for blending a novel adaptive eLearning tool with face-to-face skills learning that includes key elements of repetition and reach to even the most rural providers, and ultimately understand its effect on improving quality of care in LMICs. Together, these results will create a model for provider education that integrates global health perspectives in advancing safe and effective treatment of children, worldwide.
