Photo title: Two boys in Haydom, Tanzania
Photographer: Jean Gratz, University of Virginia
Description: The project focus is childhood malnutrition and enteric diseases. I took the photo at a home within our field site in Haydom Tanzania. The boys were very keen to have there photo taken but a bit shy too. I like the photo because the boys look both strong and vulnerable.
Funding Fogarty program: Interactions of Malnutrition & Enteric Infections: Consequences for Child Health and Development (MAL-ED) Project
