The U.S. Health Attaché in India, Dr. Preetha Rajaraman, has scored a trifecta using World Report, a tool illustrating global research funding. With simple query terms, she was able to quickly generate scene-setting information and start a conversation about India’s role in global biomedical research. World Report helped her highlight the expansion of collaborative health research for a recent report titled “The US-India Partnership: Ambition and Achievement,” to brief the Indian Minister of Human Resource Development and provide introductory remarks for U.S. Chargé d’Affaires at a bilateral workshop on vision research.

“World Report has been a great resource to help advance our goals of initiating and facilitating regional cooperation in health and biomedical research.” Rajaraman observed. “It is easy to use and updated specifically for global biomedical research, allowing me to quickly locate where collaborations are happening in South Asia.”
